As a yoga therapist I still love to teach yoga and my favourite class is this one. It's an online group  lesson called Wheels off.....

You still learn how to gain control through a little stillness.

Wheels off Wednesday lets the world pause for you.
Each Wednesday at noon you'll be invited to undo tension and tightness and be still. Completely still.  A combination of simple, beginner friendly yoga postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation that will leave you feeling light and free. And still. (Am I getting the message across about how important it is to be still?)
Come and join us.

  • 1 hour lesson on Wednesdays at noon. (Online on zoom)

  • starting on 18th September for 10 weeks finishing when we finish! You can join anytime. If you miss the 18th send me a message and I'll let you know if there's still space. Or register for the January course.

Wheels off Wednesday

Why Wheels off?

I used to live in the Middle East and at that time the weekend was Thursday & Friday, Wednesday lunchtime was the end of the week and it was affectionately called Wheels off: to relax, let go of work, literally to take your wheels off. For most of us now this falls right in the middle of the week. Yet I feel the concept fits perfectly, as why wait to the weekend to have some down time? !

Why does online work so well for this lesson?

It's so accessible. You can be anywhere in the world doing what ever it is that you do and you pause for one hour. It's time efficient. Going to a class is wonderful but it takes a lot more time and how often do we find that all the good that was felt during the lesson is lost before you've got home. With this lesson you are left feeling so blissful and the feeling stays with you for the rest of the day. In addition to this, each lesson is recorded, so if you have to miss the class, you have a copy. Even if you did the class you can do it again if you wish. It works really well and is very popular.
