I trained in India at Yogapoint. There's something very different about the way yoga is perceived in India and it resonates well with me. It's more about lifestyIe and meditation than complicated postures. I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2012 and in 2014 as a yoga therapist. And with gratitude it opened up a whole new world of possibilities within the realms of yoga.
my approach to
yoga therapy
Is very different! in that it's a joint journey of discovery. Beginning with a conversation to find out if we are well suited to work together (this is very important for both of us). Then specific needs can be clearly identified, followed by a proposal of what can be done to start to address those needs.
