I have been teaching yoga for ten years and all my training was done in India at Yogapoint. There's something very different about the way yoga is perceived in India and it resonates well. More about lifestyIe and meditation than complicated postures. Qualified as a yoga teacher in 2012 and in 2014 returned to continue studying to become a yoga therapist. And with gratitude it opened up a whole new world of possibilities within the realms of yoga.
Is very different! in that it's a joint journey of discovery. Beginning with an evaluation lesson so specific needs can be clearly identifed, followed by a proposal of what can be done to start to address those needs. Each student is unique and so is their plan.
